The whole register, ranked into 10 warm calls a week
That first call session was the proof we needed. 5 positive conversations from a round of follow-ups, and they're not dead leads, it's just the timing.

The challenge
FundingLinks' brokers are excellent on the phone, that is the business. The problem was everything before the phone: brokerage lead flow runs on referrals and season, and through the summer it drops hard, right when businesses quietly run out of road on cash. Staffing the top of funnel would cost thousands a month; doing it themselves would take the brokers off the calls where they make money.
How it works
No list was bought. Every company came from Zorro's live read of the UK register, filtered on the signals a funding broker cares about: working-capital strain in the filings, charge history, growth outpacing cash. These were segmented into 7 sector campaigns, each with copy written to that sector's specific cash-flow pain. The recruitment sequence opened on the gap between paying contractors and getting paid; the construction sequences on project cash timing. The filings say where it hurts; the agents write to it.
Then Zorro watches what comes back, opens, clicks, returns, and scores every company, not just every campaign. The warmest 10 each week are TPS-screened, verified UK-only, and handed to the brokers as the call sheet. A single opt-out anywhere suppresses the whole company across every campaign, automatically.
The results
A system that runs itself, and heals itself
7 sector campaigns live at once is several SDR-months of research, copy and inbox management running in parallel, because agents don't queue. Opens ran at 56.2% in the measured week on sector-specific copy. And when one list started bouncing at 10.2%, the deliverability monitor caught it, the list was cleaned, and it was back at 1.1% within a week, the system reacting to its own signal and protecting the sending domain the whole engagement depends on.
That is what £99 a month actually proves. It isn't a discount; it's what top-of-funnel costs when software genuinely runs all of it.
We're not trying to get a response over email any more. We're trying to get engagement, and then we call.

Warm conversations found in stone-cold sectors
Email's job in this system isn't replies; it's telling the brokers exactly who to call while the interest is live. As reported by the FundingLinks team on the 28 July review: the first calling session off the engagement-ranked sheet produced 5 positive funding conversations, one of which moved into an active funding application, with 2 more follow-ups booked for September, timed to the prospects' year-end. Cold sectors, mid-summer, brokers dialling only the companies the data said were warm.
Even if it's just 10 numbers a week, if those 10 are hot or warm leads, that's way better.
